Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to return it.

A product can only be returned if it is in the same condition as when you received it, not worn, unused, with tags not removed, and in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other proof of purchase.

If we find your refund request valid, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to return the product. We will not accept returns of any product that you have not requested in advance.

Damage and other problems with the product
Upon receipt, inspect the shipment and contact us immediately if the product arrived defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can investigate the case and take the necessary steps.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Certain types of products cannot be returned. These include perishable products (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (such as custom-made or personalized products), and personal hygiene products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, rinsed, washed, and worn clothing, flammable liquids, and gases. If you have a question or complaint about a specific product, please contact us.

We are unable to accept returns on products and gift cards purchased on sale.

Exchange
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and, once it has been received, purchase the product you want again.

14-day grace period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, for products delivered to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order without giving any reason or to return the ordered product. In this case, the above conditions also apply: the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not be worn, used, the labels must not be removed, and the product must be returned in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other document proving the purchase.

Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product and whether your refund request has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed within 20 business days using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and return it to your account.
